Roles & Responsibilities
As an Apprentice, you will receive hands-on training and play a vital role in our daily operations. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the team in core production and packing activities.
- Assisting in manufacturing operations such as Granulation, Coating, and Compression.
- Ensuring accuracy in both Primary and Secondary packing processes.
- Maintaining strict compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and workplace safety guidelines.
- Managing operational documentation and keeping accurate production records.
- Collaborating with team members to ensure seamless shift transitions and target achievement.
Eligibility Criteria
We are looking for fresh, enthusiastic candidates who meet the following requirements:
- Qualification: 12th Pass, ITI, Diploma, or graduates (B.Com / BBA / BCA).
- Experience: This position is exclusively for freshers.
- Required Skills:
- A strong willingness to learn technical manufacturing processes.
- High attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions.
- Good sense of discipline, teamwork, and professional conduct.
- Basic understanding of the pharmaceutical work environment.
Selection Process
Candidates will be evaluated based on the following stages:
