• Quality Assurance (QA):

• Quality Control (QC – Chemical):
  • Executive (1 Opening) | Experience: 4–6 Years

  • Executive (1 Opening) | Experience: 4–6 Years

Roles & Responsibilities

Quality Assurance (QA)

• Manage Quality Management Systems (QMS), validation, and qualification processes.
• Independently oversee CAPA, OOS (Out of Specification), and OOT (Out of Trend) investigations.
• Draft and maintain SOPs, protocols, and regulatory documentation.

Production

• Execute daily manufacturing operations in compliance with internal and global standards.
• Supervise and manage skilled and unskilled manpower.
• Ensure strict adherence to GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) and GDP (Good Distribution Practice).

Quality Control (QC – Chemical)

• Perform chemical analysis using HPLC, TOC, and UV spectrometers.
• Maintain rigorous GLP (Good Laboratory Practice), GDP, and QMS standards.

Engineering

• Execute preventive and breakdown maintenance of plant equipment.
• Coordinate the calibration of sensitive manufacturing equipment.
• Ensure the seamless and efficient functioning of all plant utilities.

Eligibility Criteria

• Educational Background: Candidates must hold a degree in Pharmacy, Science, or Engineering.
• Experience: We are hiring freshers specifically for the Production Jr. Officer role. All other positions require 4–6 years of relevant industry experience.
• Mandatory Requirement: For all experienced roles, prior hands-on experience in dry powder injection manufacturing is strictly required.

Key Skills Required

• Strong knowledge of GMP, GDP, and GLP compliance.
• Proficiency in QMS and equipment validation.
• Technical analytical skills (HPLC and spectrometer operation).
• Expertise in equipment maintenance and documentation/SOP management.
