Position Details
We are currently inviting applications from motivated and energetic freshers to join our production and manufacturing teams as Apprentices. This program is specifically designed to bridge the gap between academic learning and industrial application. Eligibility Criteria

Academic Qualifications:
* ITI Pass: Candidates who have completed their ITI in relevant trades such as Fitter, Electrician, Mechanical, or Chemical Plant Operator are highly encouraged to apply.
* Graduates and Diploma Holders: We welcome applications from individuals holding degrees in B.Sc, B.Tech, M.Sc, or Engineering Diplomas.
* 12th Pass: High school graduates who are keen on starting their career in the industrial sector are also eligible for specific trainee roles.
Experience Level:
* This program is tailored for freshers who are eager to learn and grow within the pharmaceutical sector. No prior industrial experience is required, though a strong desire to learn and professional discipline are essential.
