Key Responsibilities
As a member of the Quality Control department, you will play a vital role in ensuring that all products meet regulatory requirements and internal quality standards. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Conducting routine and non-routine analysis of pharmaceutical products.
- Operating and maintaining sophisticated laboratory instruments.
- Ensuring all testing procedures strictly follow Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
- Documenting results accurately and maintaining rigorous data integrity.
- Assisting in the troubleshooting of analytical methods and processes.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve quality-related issues promptly.
Candidate Requirements
We are seeking dedicated professionals who possess the following qualifications:
- Education: A Master of Science (M.Sc.) or a Master of Pharmacy (M.Pharm) degree.
- Experience: 2 to 5 years of relevant hands-on experience in a pharmaceutical Quality Control laboratory.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of analytical testing methodologies, instrumentation, and regulatory documentation.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively within a team environment.
Selection Process
The selection process will be conducted via a face-to-face interview. Candidates will be evaluated based on their technical knowledge, relevant industry experience, and problem-solving abilities. The final round will include an interaction with our HR department to discuss role alignment and organizational culture.
