Role Overview
We are seeking dedicated professionals to fill various positions ranging from Research Associate to Assistant Manager levels. These roles are essential to our ongoing R&D projects focused on mammalian and microbial systems. Successful candidates will be responsible for executing experimental designs, troubleshooting technical hurdles, and ensuring that all research processes adhere to the highest industry standards. Departmental Openings and Requirements
We are hiring for a total of 45 positions across several specialized departments. We encourage candidates with 2 to 10 years of relevant industry experience to apply for the following teams:
Upstream Processing (USP) – Mammalian: We are looking for 10 professionals to manage mammalian cell culture processes. Key responsibilities include cell line development, media optimization, and scale-up activities in bioreactors.
Upstream Processing (USP) – Microbial: We require 5 individuals to focus on microbial fermentation processes. Experience in handling bacterial or yeast-based systems is highly preferred.
Downstream Processing (DSP): We have 10 openings for experts in protein purification and recovery. This role involves mastery of techniques such as chromatography, filtration, and viral clearance.
R&D Bioassay: We are seeking 5 specialists to support our bioassay development team. You will be responsible for evaluating the potency and efficacy of our biological products.
Analytical R&D: We need 10 analytical experts to support the characterization of complex proteins. Proficiency in HPLC, electrophoresis, and other analytical instrumentation is essential.
Formulation Department: We have 5 vacancies for professionals experienced in drug product formulation, stabilization, and fill-finish process development.
Candidate Qualifications
