Job Description
We are conducting a walk-in interview event to fill multiple openings within our Production department. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with a background in life sciences or engineering to advance their careers with a reputable organization.
As a member of our production team, you will be responsible for maintaining high operational standards, ensuring adherence to safety protocols, and contributing to the efficient manufacturing of high-quality pharmaceutical products. We are looking for individuals who are detail-oriented, reliable, and capable of working in a fast-paced production environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Operating and monitoring production machinery according to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Maintaining accurate production logs and documentation in compliance with regulatory standards.
- Ensuring that all production activities are carried out in a safe, clean, and organized manner.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet daily and monthly production targets.
- Identifying and reporting any deviations or issues that may impact the quality or safety of the manufacturing process.
- Participating in ongoing training programs to upgrade technical skills and industry knowledge.
Candidate Requirements
We are seeking candidates who possess the following qualifications:
- Education: Diploma, B.Sc, M.Sc, or B.Tech in relevant disciplines (Chemistry, Pharmacy, Biotechnology, or Chemical Engineering are preferred).
- Experience: Candidates with 1 to 8 years of hands-on experience in pharmaceutical production are encouraged to apply.
- Skills: A strong understanding of cGMP (current Good Manufacturing Practices) and safety regulations is highly desirable.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities are essential for success in this role.
