Job Overview
As a QC Lab Assistant at Virchow Biotech, you will play a vital role in supporting our quality control operations. Successful applicants will join our team under a fixed-term contract, which includes a 3-year service agreement. Eligibility Criteria
We welcome applications from candidates who meet the following requirements:
* Gender: Male candidates only.
* Educational Background: Candidates must hold any degree (B.A., B.Com, B.Sc., or other relevant disciplines).
* Academic Graduation Year: We are accepting applications from candidates who graduated between 2022 and 2025.
* Experience: We are prioritizing freshers and candidates with up to 1 year of professional experience.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing essential support to the quality control department. Daily tasks will include, but are not limited to:
* Assisting in the coordination of staff training programs, including the preparation of Training Need Identification (TNI) reports and conducting training assessments.
* Ensuring the integrity of laboratory operations by maintaining and monitoring temperature logbooks.
* Upholding high standards of Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) and assisting in maintaining overall lab hygiene and cleanliness.
* Managing and verifying essential lab supplies, including the proper labeling of equipment and the use of personal protective equipment like aprons.
* Assisting with chemical inventory management, including placing indents, stock checking, and periodic verification of materials.
* Performing additional duties and administrative tasks as assigned by the Department Head to ensure smooth laboratory functionality.
