- Experience Preference: Candidates with prior experience in regulated manufacturing plants (USFDA, MHRA) will be given preference.
- Shift Flexibility: All selected candidates must be willing to work in rotational shifts.
- Re-application Policy: If you have appeared for an interview with Ipca Laboratories within the last 6 months, you are not eligible for this drive.
- QC Restrictions: Please note that M.Sc. degree holders are not eligible for positions within the Quality Control (QC) Department.
