Job Overview

Key Responsibilities and Functional Areas
Successful candidates will be involved in various critical stages of the injectable manufacturing process. Depending on your experience level and technical expertise, you will be assigned to one or more of the following key functional areas:
– Filling: Managing aseptic filling operations to ensure high precision and adherence to cleanroom standards.
– Autoclave: Overseeing sterilization processes and maintaining strict compliance with validated parameters.
– Vial Washing: Ensuring the integrity and cleanliness of primary packaging components before filling.
– Packing: Managing the secondary packaging process, including labeling, serialization, and final inspection to meet regulatory requirements.
– Terminal Sterilization: Operating and monitoring sterilization equipment to ensure product efficacy and safety.
Candidates are expected to ensure that all daily manufacturing activities are carried out in full compliance with current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) and company standard operating procedures (SOPs). You will be required to maintain accurate documentation, uphold safety protocols, and participate in continuous improvement initiatives within your designated unit.
Eligibility Criteria
We are looking for a diverse range of talent, from operational staff to management personnel.
– Experience: Candidates must have a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with a maximum of 10 years considered for the various seniority levels available.
– Qualifications: Relevant educational background in Pharmacy, Engineering, or a related science field is preferred.
