Role Responsibilities
As a Quality Control (QC) Officer or Senior Officer, you will play a critical role in our production facility. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that all pharmaceutical products meet the established regulatory and internal quality benchmarks. You will be expected to:
Perform testing and analysis on raw materials, packaging materials, and finished products.
Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
Operate and maintain laboratory instrumentation used for daily testing and quality assessment.
Identify and report any deviations in quality to ensure rapid corrective action.
Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to streamline production and quality processes.
Ensure that the laboratory environment remains safe, clean, and organized at all times.
Candidate Qualifications and Experience
We are looking for self-motivated individuals who are eager to contribute to a fast-paced pharmaceutical environment. The ideal candidate should possess:
Educational Background: A Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) or Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree from an accredited institution.
Work Experience: Between 1 to 5 years of relevant experience in a Quality Control role within the pharmaceutical industry.
Technical Proficiency: A solid understanding of laboratory techniques, equipment handling, and quality control procedures.
Communication Skills: Strong analytical abilities and clear communication skills to effectively document and report findings.
Reliability: A keen eye for detail and a professional commitment to upholding health and safety standards.
