Opportunity 1: QC Microbiology at Hetero Labs Limited (Unit V, Jadcherla)

Position Details:
- Designation: Junior Officer / Officer
- Department: QC – Microbiology
- Experience: 1 to 2 years of relevant industry experience. Candidates with apprenticeship experience are also welcome to apply.
- Qualification: B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Microbiology.
Key Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of microbiological quality. Your primary duties will include:
- Conducting comprehensive environmental monitoring, including active air sampling, settle plate methods, and surface monitoring.
- Managing laboratory operations such as media preparation, sterilization, and performing Growth Promotion Tests (GPT).
- Executing biological indicator testing and ensuring the proper handling of microbial cultures.
- Operating and maintaining critical microbiology laboratory equipment, including Autoclaves, Laminar Air Flow (LAF) units, Air Samplers, and Incubators.
- Handling Out-of-Limit (OOL) and Out-of-Specification (OOS) investigations, as well as conducting detailed trend analysis.
- Maintaining rigorous documentation within LIMS/E-Log systems, ensuring full compliance with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) requirements.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
We are looking for individuals who possess a strong technical understanding of microbiological techniques. You should have a proactive approach to problem-solving, excellent documentation skills, and a solid grasp of GMP guidelines. Prior experience working in a regulated pharmaceutical manufacturing environment will be considered a significant advantage.
