Job Overview
We are currently seeking dedicated QA/QC Executives to oversee and maintain our quality processes. The selected candidates will play a critical role in ensuring that our pharmaceutical products consistently meet the highest regulatory and safety requirements. This position requires a strong technical background and a keen eye for detail, specifically within the Oral Solid Dosage (OSD) segment.
Key Responsibilities
* Implementing and monitoring quality management systems to ensure compliance with cGMP and internal company protocols.
* Conducting rigorous quality checks during the production of OSD formulations to prevent deviations and ensure product integrity.
* Managing documentation, including standard operating procedures (SOPs), test reports, and quality logs, ensuring everything is audit-ready.
* Participating in investigations related to quality issues and implementing effective corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
* Collaborating with cross-functional teams to streamline manufacturing processes while maintaining strict quality control.
* Monitoring laboratory equipment calibrations and ensuring that all testing procedures are performed according to validated methods.
Requirements
* Educational Background: Candidates must hold a B.Sc, M.Sc, or B.Pharma degree from a recognized institution.
* Professional Experience: A minimum of 1 year to a maximum of 5 years of relevant experience in the pharmaceutical industry is required.
* Specific Expertise: Applicants must have hands-on experience in the Pharma OSD (Oral Solid Dosage) segment. Candidates without OSD experience will not be considered for this role.
* Skills: Strong understanding of analytical testing, regulatory guidelines, and quality assurance principles in a manufacturing environment.
* Soft Skills: Excellent analytical abilities, clear communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
