Department-wise Requirements

1. Injectable Manufacturing (Production & Packing)

• Operators (Assistant/Associate):
  • Qualification: Diploma, B.Sc, or ITI.
  • Experience: 1–9 Years.
  • Core Responsibilities: Sterile/aseptic filling, sealing, filtration, batch manufacturing, packing, and visual inspection.
• Supervisors (Officer / Executive / Assistant Manager):
  • Qualification: B.Pharm, M.Sc, or M.Pharm.
  • Experience: 12–15 Years.
  • Core Responsibilities: Hands-on management of injectable manufacturing processes and team leadership.
• Apprentice / Trainee:
  • Qualification: B.Sc, BA, B.Com, Diploma, or ITI.
  • Experience: 0–1 Year (Freshers welcome).

2. Quality Assurance (QA)

• QA – Validation (Officer / Executive):
  • Qualification: B.Pharm, M.Sc, or M.Pharm.
  • Experience: 2–7 Years.
  • Core Responsibilities: Managing autoclave, tunnel, HVAC, AFD, and DPD qualification; protocol preparation; and DQ/IQ/OQ/PQ documentation.
• QA – IPQA EM (Officer / Executive):
  • Qualification: B.Pharm, M.Sc, or M.Pharm.
  • Experience: 2–7 Years (3-shift rotation).
  • Core Responsibilities: Environmental monitoring, aseptic area behavior, personnel monitoring, trend preparation, and NVPC monitoring.
