Job Title: Production/Packing Associate (Fresher)
Department: Production & Packing (Formulations)
Location: Vemagal Industrial Area, Kolar District, Karnataka, India
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor production/packing machinery in strict adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Conduct in-process quality checks and meticulously document all observations and results.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to strict hygiene and safety standards.
- Pack finished products according to batch manufacturing records and established guidelines.
- Work efficiently within assigned shifts to achieve daily production targets.
- Proactively identify and report any equipment malfunctions or deviations from standard procedures.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and productivity.
Eligibility Criteria & Qualifications:
- Education: ITI, Diploma (any stream), or B.Sc (Chemistry/Zoology/Botany preferred).
- Experience: Freshers only (2023, 2024, and 2025 pass-outs are eligible).
- Age: Must be between 18 and 25 years old as of the date of the interview.
- Gender: Male candidates only.
- Academics: Minimum 50% marks in 10th, 12th/ITI/Diploma, and degree (if applicable).
- Skills:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong learning aptitude and willingness to adapt to new challenges.
