Job Title: Research Associate / Senior Research Associate – Analytical R&D

Qualification: M.Sc in Organic Chemistry or Analytical Chemistry

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine and stability HPLC analysis, GC analysis, and wet analysis.
  • Independently handle analytical method development and method validation.
  • Prepare Certificate of Analysis (CoA) for raw materials, intermediates, and final compounds.
  • Maintain accurate raw data records and laboratory notebooks as per Good Documentation Practices (GDP).
  • Ensure strict adherence to lab safety practices and regulatory compliance.
  • Support technology transfer and regulatory submissions.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Hands-on expertise in HPLC, GC, particle size, XRPD, and related techniques.
  • Proven experience in analytical method development & validation within a CRO/CDMO environment is highly preferred.
  • Excellent documentation skills and adherence to Good Documentation Practices (GDP).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Familiarity with cGMP, ICH guidelines, and other relevant regulatory requirements.
