We are currently hiring for the following positions:
1. Medical Coder – IPDRG (Experienced)
Are you a certified medical coder with a proven track record in IPDRG coding? We’re looking for experienced professionals to join our team and contribute to our mission of providing accurate and efficient coding services.
- Experience: Minimum 1+ year in IPDRG coding
- Locations: Chennai, Pune, Mumbai, Noida, Coimbatore, Trivandrum
- Certification: Any recognized medical coding certification (CPC, CCS, CIC, etc.) accepted
- Responsibilities:
- Assign accurate IPDRG, ICD-10-CM, and PCS codes for inpatient records.
- Ensure compliance with official coding guidelines and client-specific requirements.
- Maintain high accuracy and productivity standards.
- Support revenue cycle optimization through precise coding.
2. Quality Analyst – IPDRG
Do you possess a keen eye for detail and a strong understanding of IPDRG coding guidelines? As a Quality Analyst, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our coding services.
- Experience: Minimum 3+ years in IPDRG coding and auditing
- Locations: Chennai, Pune, Mumbai, Noida, Coimbatore, Trivandrum
- Certification: Required, with strong auditing skills
- Responsibilities:
- Conduct audits of coded inpatient records to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Identify and address coding errors and discrepancies.
- Participate in client calls and audits.
- Provide feedback and training to medical coders to improve coding quality.
- Support revenue cycle optimization through precise coding and auditing.
3. IPDRG Trainee (Freshers – Walk-in Only)
Are you a recent clinical/life science graduate eager to embark on a career in medical coding? We offer comprehensive training programs for aspiring IPDRG coders at our Trivandrum location.
- Eligibility: Clinical/Life Science graduates (B.Sc/M.Sc Nursing, Pharmacy, Biotechnology, Microbiology, etc.)
- Location: Trivandrum, Kerala only (Work from Office)
- Certification: Both certified and non-certified candidates welcome
- Important Note: Only candidates from Trivandrum or nearby areas will be considered.
- Responsibilities:
- Undergo comprehensive training in IPDRG, ICD-10-CM, and PCS coding.
- Learn to assign accurate codes for inpatient records.
- Adhere to official coding guidelines and client-specific requirements.
- Maintain accuracy and productivity standards as you progress through the training program.
Qualifications & Skills Required (All Roles):
- Certification in medical coding (CPC/CIC/CCS preferred, but not mandatory for trainees).
- Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in using encoding software and EHR systems.
- Good communication and team collaboration abilities.
