Key Responsibilities:
As a member of the TCS BPS Back Office & Data Processing team, you will be responsible for:
- Accurately and efficiently processing high-volume data transactions.
- Supporting a range of operational activities while adhering to TCS BPS standards.
- Ensuring compliance with process guidelines and maintaining comprehensive documentation.
- Maintaining the utmost confidentiality and integrity of all data handled.
- Collaborating effectively with internal teams to achieve and exceed service-level goals.
- Consistently and precisely handling repetitive processing tasks.
- Contributing to a positive and productive team environment.
Eligibility Criteria:
To be considered for this opportunity, applicants must meet the following criteria:
Educational Requirements:
- Full-time graduates (2024 & 2025 batches): MA, MCom, BCom, BA, BBA, BBM, BMS, BAF, BBI, BSc (Regular)
- BCA & BSc (IT/CS) graduates (2023 & 2024 batch)
- The highest qualification should be graduate or postgraduate only (as specified above).
- Candidates must be open to working in any shift.
Ineligibility:
- Candidates who have appeared for a TCS test/interview within the last 90 days are not eligible.
- Candidates currently pursuing or who have completed Post-Graduation (except MA/MCom mentioned above) are not eligible.
Selection Process:
The recruitment process will consist of the following stages:
- Aptitude Test: This test will assess your analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Personal Interview: This interview will evaluate your communication skills, suitability for the role, and overall personality.
Note: Candidates must clear each stage to progress to the next.
