Department-Wise Requirements

1. Manufacturing & Packing

• Roles: Associate / Operator / Sr. Officer
• Qualification: 10th, 12th, ITI, Diploma, D.Pharm, B.Pharm, or M.Pharm
• Experience: 2 – 10 Years
• Key Skills: Granulation, compression, coating, capsule filling, and packing operations.

2. Maintenance (Plant & HVAC)

• Roles: Sr. Officer / Officer / Assistant
• Qualification: B.E. (Electrical) or ITI
• Experience: 2 – 12 Years
• Key Skills: Equipment maintenance, HVAC systems, and Building Management Systems (BMS).

3. Quality Control (QC)

• Qualification: B.Sc / M.Sc / B.Pharm / M.Pharm
• Experience: 3 – 8 Years
• Key Skills: Analysis of solid oral dosage, stability testing, dissolution studies, and method validation.

4. Quality Assurance (QA)

• Qualification: B.Pharm / M.Pharm
• Experience: 3 – 5 Years
• Key Skills: Validation, qualification, GMP documentation, and USFDA regulatory exposure.

5. Stores (Warehouse)

• Qualification: ITI / D.Pharm
• Experience: 4 – 10 Years
• Key Skills: Raw material handling, packaging material management, and Finished Goods (FG) inventory management.
