Responsibilities

As a member of our team, you will be trained to perform essential technical functions within your designated department. Your core responsibilities will include:

• Quality Control (QC): Conducting precise testing and analysis of raw materials and finished pharmaceutical products to ensure adherence to quality standards.
• Quality Assurance (QA): Supporting regulatory compliance by managing documentation, maintaining quality systems, and assisting during internal and external audits.
• Research & Development (R&D): Assisting in the development of formulations and chemical processes, conducting experimental research, and contributing to innovative project outcomes.
• Manufacturing: Contributing to API and formulation production processes while strictly following safety protocols and maintaining high production efficiency.
• Formulation: Supporting drug formulation validation, technology transfer, and process scale-up activities.

Requirements

We are looking for candidates who possess strong academic foundations and a passion for the pharmaceutical sciences. Please ensure you meet the following criteria before attending the interview:

• Educational Qualifications:
  • M.Sc (Organic / Analytical / Integrated): For roles in QC, PD, AR, R&D, and QA.
  • M.Pharm (Formulation, QA, Analysis, Pharmaceutics): For QA Formulation roles.
  • B.Pharm: For Formulation roles.
  • B.Sc (Chemistry): For Manufacturing and API roles.
• Batch Eligibility: Graduates from the 2025 and 2026 academic sessions.
• Demographic Requirement: This specific hiring drive is open to male candidates only.
• Skillset: A fundamental understanding of pharmaceutical processes, combined with strong analytical, laboratory, and problem-solving skills.
• Documentation: Candidates must bring all necessary academic certificates and professional documents to the interview venue.
