Job Opportunities and Requirements
We are currently looking to fill several key positions to support our growing production and maintenance infrastructure. The ideal candidates will bring strong technical skills and a commitment to maintaining our high safety and quality standards.
Production Department:
* Positions: Officer, Executive, and Senior Executive
* Number of Openings: 10
* Experience: 2 to 8 years of relevant experience in fermentation or biotechnology.
* Position: Assistant Manager
* Number of Openings: 3
* Experience: 12 to 13 years of leadership experience within a fermentation or biotechnology environment.
Maintenance and Utility Department:
* Position: Executive
* Number of Openings: 4
* Experience: 6 to 10 years of experience specifically with industrial boilers, HVAC systems, and general plant utility maintenance.
Educational and Skill Prerequisites
To be considered for these roles, candidates should possess the following qualifications:
* Educational Background:
* For Production roles: B.Sc or M.Sc in Microbiology or Biotechnology; B.Tech or M.Tech in Biotechnology.
* For Maintenance roles: B.E or B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.
* Professional Skills:
* Candidates must have a solid understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
* Proficiency in maintaining accurate documentation and logs is essential.
* A strong commitment to workplace safety and regulatory compliance is mandatory.
* Proven ability to handle complex operational challenges within a manufacturing environment.
