Roles and Responsibilities in Production (Formulations)
We are seeking dedicated personnel for the roles of Executive, Senior Officer, and Officer to support our vaccine manufacturing processes. Candidates must be comfortable working in rotational shifts.
Blending Department
Candidates in this role will be responsible for managing shift plans to ensure seamless formulation activities. Key technical responsibilities include the proficient operation of autoclaves, blending vessels, and Clean-in-Place (CIP) and Sterilization-in-Place (SIP) skids to maintain the highest quality standards.
Filling Department
Candidates in this role will oversee shift operations within the filling line. The core responsibilities include the operation of vacuum systems, tunnel sterilizers, as well as automated filling and capping machinery. Precision and strict adherence to safety protocols are essential for these positions.
Educational Qualifications for Production:
Applicants should possess an M.Sc. in Life Sciences, a B. Pharmacy degree, a B.Sc. degree, or a relevant Diploma. We welcome applications from both fresh graduates and experienced professionals with up to 9 years of relevant industry experience.
Roles and Responsibilities in Engineering
Our Engineering department is looking for skilled professionals to maintain and optimize our production machinery. We are specifically looking for candidates with a Diploma or B.Tech degree in Mechanical Engineering, with 2 to 9 years of experience in the pharmaceutical or biotech sector.
Process Equipment Maintenance
The successful candidate will be responsible for the breakdown and preventive maintenance of essential production machinery, including vial washing, filling, capping, and labeling machines. Expertise in maintaining autoclaves, jacketed vessels, and lyophilization equipment is highly preferred. Additionally, you will be responsible for the maintenance of fermentors and bioreactors, ensuring all systems operate at peak efficiency. You must be able to handle shift operations independently and respond promptly to maintenance needs.
Instrumentation
We are also hiring professionals to manage instrumentation requirements, including shift-based monitoring of Building Management Systems (BMS). Key responsibilities include breakdown maintenance, equipment calibration, managing Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC), and executing interim projects. Furthermore, you will be tasked with troubleshooting Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) and Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) systems to ensure minimal downtime in our production lines.
