Role Overview

• Position: Research Analyst
• Department: Analytical Research & Development (AR&D)
• Location: Biophore R&D Centre, Pashamylaram, Hyderabad

Key Responsibilities

As a Research Analyst at Biophore, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining the high standards of our analytical processes. Your daily responsibilities will include:

• Method Development & Validation: Designing, developing, and validating robust analytical methods for APIs and intermediates to ensure quality and consistency.
• Instrumentation: Operating and maintaining sophisticated analytical instrumentation, including but not limited to HPLC, GC, and LC-MS, to ensure accurate data generation.
• Stability Studies: Conducting comprehensive stability studies and maintaining meticulous documentation as per regulatory requirements.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensuring all laboratory activities strictly adhere to ICH, GLP (Good Laboratory Practice), and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) guidelines to maintain our global quality standards.
• Problem Solving: Analyzing complex data sets to troubleshoot issues and improve the efficiency of analytical workflows.

Desired Profile

We are looking for candidates who possess a strong technical background and a keen eye for detail. The ideal applicant will meet the following criteria:

• Educational Qualifications: M.Sc., B.Pharm, or M.Pharm in a relevant scientific discipline.
• Experience: Previous professional experience within a pharmaceutical AR&D setting is essential.
• Skillset: A proven track record of strong analytical thinking, troubleshooting abilities, and technical proficiency in laboratory equipment.
• Mindset: A proactive approach to research, the ability to work collaboratively within a team, and a deep commitment to scientific integrity.
