Job Role and Purpose

This role is designed for entry-level professionals who want to gain hands-on experience in high-volume production operations. As a Production Officer, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our manufacturing processes meet the highest standards of safety, quality, and regulatory compliance. You will work closely with experienced production managers and quality control teams to learn the intricacies of pharmaceutical manufacturing while contributing to the daily goals of our facility.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with various stages of the pharmaceutical production process. Your core duties will include:
– Operational Support: Assisting in daily production activities across tablet, softgel, and ointment departments, ensuring all tasks are executed according to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
– Documentation Excellence: Meticulously maintaining and updating Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR) and other technical documentation to ensure full compliance with regulatory requirements.
– Equipment Management: Operating and monitoring production machinery, ensuring that all equipment is functioning correctly and is maintained in accordance with standard operating procedures.
– Quality Assurance Collaboration: Coordinating effectively with Quality Assurance and Quality Control teams to conduct in-process checks and ensure that products consistently meet our quality standards.
– Compliance and Safety: Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene within the production environment to prevent cross-contamination.
– SOP Adherence: Strictly following established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for all manufacturing steps and immediately reporting any operational deviations or issues to senior supervisors.
