Job Opportunities
We are looking for talented individuals to fill several key roles across our Quality Control, Quality Assurance, Production Planning, and Product Development departments.
1. QC Officer and Executives (HPLC Analyst)
Requirements: 2 to 6 years of relevant experience specifically in HPLC operations.
Salary: 20,000 to 40,000 INR.
2. QC Officer (Packing)
Requirements: 3 to 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical packing quality control.
3. Microbiologist
Requirements: 1 to 2 years of experience in a pharmaceutical microbiology laboratory.
4. Senior Executive (QA Validation)
Requirements: 10+ years of experience. Candidates must have extensive professional experience working within an injection/injectable manufacturing plant. This role is open to male candidates only.
Salary: 40,000 to 60,000 INR.
5. Head of New Product Development (NPD)
Requirements: 10+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry with a specific focus on Oncology or related complex formulations.
6. Senior Executive (PPIC)
Requirements: 8 to 10 years of experience in Production Planning and Inventory Control.
7. Officer (IPQA)
Requirements: Freshers to 2 years of experience. Candidates must have exposure to or training in an injectable manufacturing unit.
Roles and Responsibilities
As a member of the Admac Lifesciences team, you will be expected to:
* Ensure compliance with all internal Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and external regulatory requirements.
* Maintain high levels of accuracy in documentation and analytical testing.
* Collaborate cross-functionally with production, quality, and supply chain teams to ensure seamless manufacturing operations.
* Uphold safety and hygiene standards within the Baddi facility.
* Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives regarding process validation, analytical methods, and production efficiency.
Qualifications and Skills
Ideal candidates will possess a strong educational background in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Microbiology, or a related scientific field. We prioritize candidates who demonstrate:
* Proven technical proficiency in their specific domain (e.g., HPLC analysis, validation, or sterile injectable processing).
* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
* Ability to work effectively in a high-pressure, fast-paced manufacturing environment.
* Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
* A clear understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and safety protocols.
