Role Overview
We are currently seeking dedicated and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as a Patient Safety Associate I. This role is designed for motivated freshers who are eager to kickstart their professional journey in the pharmaceutical industry, specifically within the critical field of pharmacovigilance. As a Patient Safety Associate, you will play a vital role in monitoring, collecting, and assessing data related to the safety of medical products.

Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the core functions of the pharmacovigilance department. Your daily tasks will include, but are not limited to:
Monitoring and documenting information related to the safety profile of pharmaceutical products.
Assisting in the collection of adverse event reports from various sources.
Ensuring that all data entry and documentation meet strict regulatory guidelines and internal quality standards.
Collaborating with team members to ensure the accurate and timely reporting of safety data.
Developing a deep understanding of medical terminology, drug interactions, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) within the pharmacovigilance domain.
Maintaining integrity and confidentiality in handling sensitive patient and medical data.
Required Qualifications and Eligibility
To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following criteria:
Academic Background: Candidates must possess an M.Sc., M. Pharm, Pharm D, or BDS degree. We are specifically looking for graduates or post-graduates from the 2023, 2024, 2025, or 2026 academic batches.
Domain Knowledge: A fundamental understanding of the pharmacovigilance process, drug safety monitoring, and the broader medical domain is highly desirable. Candidates should be comfortable navigating medical literature and clinical documentation.
Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential. You must be able to document findings clearly and interact professionally with team members.
Technical Aptitude: Proficiency in basic computer applications and the ability to learn internal data management software quickly is required.
Commitment: This is a 1-year contract role, and we are looking for candidates who are prepared to dedicate themselves to a full-year assignment to build a strong foundation in their career.
