Role Description
As a Quality Assurance professional at Glenmark, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our manufacturing processes meet international regulatory standards. We are seeking candidates who bring deep technical expertise in MDI and Nasal product segments. Your work will directly impact the safety and efficacy of the medications we provide to patients worldwide. You will be responsible for overseeing production quality, managing documentation, and ensuring that every stage of the product lifecycle adheres to stringent quality management protocols.

Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be expected to manage and execute tasks within the Quality Assurance department with a high degree of precision. Your core responsibilities will include:

* QMS (Quality Management System): Handling documentation, deviations, investigations, Change Controls, and CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Actions) to ensure compliance.
* IPQA (In-Process Quality Assurance): Monitoring shop-floor activities during the manufacturing and packaging of MDI and Nasal products to ensure strict adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
* Validation Activities: Participating in equipment and process validation, as well as cleaning validation activities, ensuring that all systems are qualified for their intended use.
* Regulatory Compliance: Ensuring that all manufacturing operations are in alignment with cGMP guidelines and internal company policies.
* Audit Readiness: Assisting in internal and external audits, maintaining documentation integrity, and ensuring that all departmental processes are audit-ready at all times.

Candidate Profile
We are looking for individuals who possess a strong technical foundation and a proactive mindset. To be considered for these roles, you must meet the following criteria:

* Educational Qualification: A degree in B.Pharm, M.Pharm, or M.Sc. is essential.
* Experience: Candidates should have 4 to 8 years of relevant experience within the pharmaceutical industry. Experience specific to MDI (Metered Dose Inhalers) and Nasal products is mandatory.
* Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience in QMS, IPQA, and Validation is highly valued.
* Soft Skills: We are looking for candidates who exhibit strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively within a cross-functional team. You should have a clear understanding of regulatory requirements and a commitment to upholding quality standards.
