  • Qualification: Intermediate (12th Pass) is mandatory.
  • Target Candidates: Pass-outs from 2023, 2024, 2025, and 2026.
  • Candidate Profile: Motivated individuals seeking a long-term career in pharmaceutical operations.

Roles & Responsibilities

As a Pharma Trainee, you will be immersed in the core operations of our manufacturing plants. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Manufacturing Support: Assisting in the daily production and processing of high-quality pharmaceutical products.
  • Operational Excellence: Engaging in plant operations, including material handling and support for production lines.
  • Quality & Safety: Strict adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and workplace safety protocols.
  • Continuous Learning: Actively participating in internal training modules and skill development programs to advance your technical knowledge.
