As a member of our QA/QC department, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our formulations meet rigorous regulatory standards and internal quality benchmarks. Job Responsibilities
Depending on your assigned department, your core responsibilities will include the following:
Quality Assurance (QA):
* Maintaining and updating Quality Management Systems (QMS) in compliance with current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP).
* Conducting internal audits, managing change controls, and overseeing deviation investigations.
* Reviewing batch production records, analytical reports, and other documentation to ensure integrity and accuracy.
* Supporting the validation and qualification processes for equipment, processes, and utilities.
* Ensuring that all manufacturing activities align with regulatory guidelines and site-specific standard operating procedures.
Quality Control (QC):
* Performing routine analytical testing of raw materials, in-process samples, and finished pharmaceutical products.
* Operating and maintaining sophisticated laboratory instrumentation, such as HPLC, GC, UV-Vis spectrophotometers, and dissolution apparatus.
* Ensuring all laboratory activities are conducted in accordance with established safety protocols and quality standards.
* Documenting results accurately and participating in out-of-specification (OOS) or out-of-trend (OOT) investigations.
* Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve quality-related issues and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Candidate Profile and Requirements
We are looking for individuals who possess strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of pharmaceutical regulations, and a proactive approach to quality management. Candidates should meet the following criteria:
* Educational Background: A degree or postgraduate qualification in Pharmacy (B.Pharm/M.Pharm), Chemistry (B.Sc/M.Sc), or a related scientific discipline.
* Professional Experience: Prior experience in a formulation manufacturing unit is highly preferred. Candidates should have a clear understanding of pharmacopoeial standards and regulatory requirements.
* Technical Skills: Proficiency in laboratory software and documentation processes is essential.
* Soft Skills: We value candidates who demonstrate high integrity, strong communication skills, an ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, and a keen eye for detail.
