Roles & Responsibilities
Manufacturing & Packing
- Oversee and execute complex injectable production and secondary packing operations.
- Strictly adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and workplace safety protocols.
- Maintain accurate and detailed batch production records and associated documentation.
- Ensure all processes meet global regulatory quality and compliance standards.
Quality Assurance (IPQA / QMS)
- Perform rigorous in-process quality checks during manufacturing cycles.
- Ensure operational compliance with international regulatory standards.
- Manage comprehensive documentation, audit readiness, and reporting.
- Maintain and monitor Quality Management Systems (QMS) to uphold organizational excellence.
Eligibility Criteria
Manufacturing & Packing
- Educational Qualifications: B.Pharm, M.Pharm, M.Sc, B.Sc, Diploma, or ITI.
- Experience: 0 to 8 years of relevant experience in a pharmaceutical manufacturing setting.
Quality Assurance (QA)
- Educational Qualifications: B.Pharm, M.Pharm, or M.Sc.
- Experience: 2 to 6 years of experience in an IPQA or QMS role within the pharmaceutical sector.
Key Skills Required
- Strong working knowledge of GMP and laboratory safety.
- Proven expertise in sterile injectable manufacturing processes.
- Hands-on experience with QA documentation and regulatory compliance.
- Proficiency in packing operations and equipment handling.
- Ability to work effectively within a US/EU regulated environment.
