Roles and Responsibilities
We are hiring for multiple technical and operational departments. Successful candidates will be responsible for ensuring that our manufacturing processes meet internal quality standards, safety regulations, and production targets. The key areas of recruitment include:
1. Production: Overseeing daily manufacturing activities, managing batch production records, and ensuring adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
2. Utility and Engineering: Handling the maintenance, installation, and troubleshooting of plant machinery and utility systems to ensure uninterrupted operations.
3. PDC (Process Development Cell): Working on process optimization and development to enhance production efficiency and quality.
4. Granulation and Coating: Managing specialized granulation and coating equipment, ensuring precise parameters are maintained for dosage form development.
5. Tube Filling & Sachet Operators: Operating and maintaining automated packaging equipment, specifically for tube filling and sachet production lines, ensuring high output and minimal downtime.
Candidate Profile
We are looking for self-motivated professionals who possess a strong technical background and a proven track record in the pharmaceutical industry.
* Education: Candidates should have relevant educational qualifications (ITI, Diploma, or Degree) in their respective fields of specialization.
* Experience: We require candidates with a minimum of 3 years and up to 15 years of hands-on experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing or engineering.
* Skills: A deep understanding of pharmaceutical operational protocols, safety compliance, and machine handling is essential. Candidates should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and possess strong problem-solving skills.
