Role Overview
We have multiple openings across several key departments. These roles are essential to maintaining the high standards of quality and efficiency that Ipca Laboratories is known for. We are looking for candidates who are eager to learn, follow safety protocols diligently, and work effectively within a team environment.
- Production: Involvement in the manufacturing processes, ensuring adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
- Quality Control (QC): Ensuring that all products meet stringent internal and regulatory quality standards through systematic testing and documentation.
- Packing: Handling the final stages of the production line, including secondary packaging and labeling, while ensuring accuracy and speed.
Candidate Requirements
We welcome applications from candidates with varying levels of experience. To be eligible for these positions, candidates should meet the following educational criteria:
- Minimum education: 10th or 12th standard completion.
- Technical qualifications: ITI or Diploma holders are encouraged to apply.
- General qualifications: Candidates with a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree are also eligible.
Candidates should demonstrate a strong work ethic, punctuality, and a willingness to operate in a manufacturing setup.

The selection process is designed to be straightforward and transparent. Interested candidates should prepare to attend a face-to-face interview where they will interact with our HR team.
- Interview Dates: April 4, 2026 (Saturday) to April 11, 2026 (Saturday).
- Excluded Days: Please note that there will be no interviews held on Sunday.
- Timing: The registration and interview process will take place between 10:00 AM and 4:00 PM.
- Selection Process: Final selection is based solely on the performance during the face-to-face interview.
