Role Description
We are looking for dedicated Machine Operators to handle our formulation, granulation, and compression processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the efficient operation of sophisticated pharmaceutical machinery, including Fette and Kilian equipment. You will play a vital role in ensuring our production targets are met while maintaining the highest standards of safety, hygiene, and product quality.
Key Responsibilities
As a Machine Operator, your primary duties will include:
- Operating, monitoring, and troubleshooting production machinery (specifically Granulation and Compression units) to ensure consistent output.
- Following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) strictly to maintain the integrity of the manufacturing process.
- Adjusting machine parameters and performing minor troubleshooting to resolve operational issues and minimize downtime.
- Maintaining a clean and organized work environment, ensuring all equipment is sanitized according to industry hygiene standards.
- Maintaining accurate records of all production data and immediately reporting any technical deviations or quality concerns to your supervisor.
- Conducting routine inspections and preventive maintenance on equipment to prevent mechanical failures.
- Collaborating effectively with the production and quality control teams to meet daily output requirements.
- Utilizing specialized equipment such as BQS and CVC machines in accordance with safety and operational guidelines.
- Adhering to all health and safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and your colleagues.
Required Qualifications
We welcome applications from candidates who possess the following educational backgrounds:
- 10th or 12th Standard Pass
- ITI Certification
- Diploma holders
- BA graduates
- Previous experience in a pharmaceutical production environment, particularly with Fette and Kilian machines, will be considered an added advantage.

The selection process will be conducted via a Face-to-Face interview. Candidates will meet with our HR team to discuss their technical skills, experience, and suitability for the role.
