Roles and Responsibilities
Candidates will be hired across several core departments:
- Production: Managing day-to-day manufacturing processes, adhering to safety protocols, and ensuring optimal machine operation.
- Quality Assurance (QA): Overseeing manufacturing processes to ensure compliance with cGMP, regulatory standards, and internal quality protocols.
- Quality Control (QC): Performing rigorous testing and analysis of raw materials, packaging materials, and finished products to ensure consistency and quality.
- Packing: Handling the secondary and primary packaging processes, ensuring the integrity of products before they are dispatched.
- Maintenance: Providing technical support, machine upkeep, and troubleshooting to ensure the smooth operation of production equipment.
Qualifications
To be eligible for these roles, candidates should possess the relevant educational background. We welcome applications from individuals holding the following qualifications:
- 10th Standard or 12th Standard certification
- ITI (Industrial Training Institute) certificates
- Diploma in Engineering or relevant technical fields
- Graduation or Post-Graduation in Science, Pharmacy, or Engineering disciplines
