Development Quality Assurance (DQA) Executive

• Responsibilities:
  • Prepare technology transfer documents including Master Formula Records, Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR), and process validation protocols.
  • Review formulation development reports, tooling specifications, and stability study protocols.
  • Manage Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for FD, Engineering, and Stores departments.
  • Handle documentation numbering and provide secondary support for Quality Management Systems (QMS), including deviation management, CAPA, and OOS/OOT investigations.

Project Management Executive / Senior Executive

We are looking for organized professionals to manage cross-functional project timelines and systems.

• Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain integrated project plans and timelines in coordination with Global and Senior Program Managers.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams, including Regulatory, to align submission timelines and critical path items.
  • Facilitate global team meetings to identify risks, manage dependencies, and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Maintain data accuracy in project management tools such as Planisware, Microsoft Project, and Smartsheet.
  • Prepare dashboards and performance metrics to provide clear project visibility and support capacity management.

Production (Trainee to Junior Manager)

We are looking for production specialists to oversee daily manufacturing operations.

• Responsibilities:
  • Execute production activities in Compression, Coating, or Granulation areas while adhering to BMR and SOPs.
  • Ensure total compliance with cGMP and GDP guidelines.
  • Coordinate with QA, Engineering, and Warehouse teams for efficient production flows.
  • Monitor process parameters and manage critical control points.
  • Document activities, manage deviations, and execute Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA).
  • Supervise machine operators and maintain high standards of safety and hygiene in cleanroom environments.
  • Participate in internal and external audits.
