Job Description and Responsibilities
As a member of the Quality Control department, you will play a critical role in ensuring that all products meet the stringent regulatory requirements and internal quality benchmarks. The primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
* Conducting routine and non-routine analysis of raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products.
* Maintaining accurate and detailed laboratory records in accordance with Good Laboratory Practices (GLP).
* Operating, calibrating, and troubleshooting advanced analytical instrumentation.
* Identifying, investigating, and documenting any Out of Specification (OOS) or Out of Trend (OOT) results.
* Assisting in the preparation and review of standard operating procedures (SOPs) and analytical test methods.
* Ensuring compliance with safety protocols and health guidelines within the laboratory setting.
Requirements and Qualifications
To be considered for these positions, candidates must meet the following criteria:
* Education: Candidates must hold a B.Sc. or M.Sc. degree in any relevant specialization.
* Experience: We are seeking candidates with 2 to 8 years of hands-on experience in a pharmaceutical QC laboratory environment.
* Skills: Proficiency in analytical testing, strong documentation skills, and a solid understanding of current regulatory guidelines are essential.
* Professional Attributes: The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, have strong analytical thinking capabilities, and possess the ability to work effectively within a team.
