Key Responsibilities
As a Technical Assistant or Executive within our manufacturing operations, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth production of high-quality pharmaceutical products. Your core responsibilities will include:
Technical Operations: Handling and monitoring equipment related to granulation, compression, coating, and capsule filling processes.
Operational Efficiency: Ensuring that production targets are met while maintaining strict compliance with safety, quality, and productivity standards.
Process Documentation: Maintaining accurate and real-time records of production activities, ensuring that all documentation aligns with current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP).
Quality Compliance: Monitoring process parameters closely to ensure that every product batch meets the defined quality specifications and regulatory requirements.
Troubleshooting: Proactively identifying and resolving minor technical issues that may arise during the production cycle to minimize downtime.
Collaboration: Working closely with cross-functional teams, including quality assurance, maintenance, and warehouse departments, to ensure a seamless manufacturing workflow.
Required Qualifications and Experience
We are looking for candidates who possess the following qualifications:
Experience: A minimum of 2 years to a maximum of 7 years of relevant experience in a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.
Education: A relevant educational background (Degree or Diploma in Pharmacy, Chemistry, or an equivalent technical field).
Core Skills: Proficiency in handling machinery for Granulation, Compression, Coating, and Capsule Filling is mandatory.
Technical Knowledge: A strong understanding of pharmaceutical manufacturing processes, equipment operations, and safety protocols.
Soft Skills: Ability to work in shifts, strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a team-oriented mindset.
