The Role: Production (OSD)

We are currently expanding our production capabilities at APL Health Care Limited (Unit IV), located in the SEZ Menakur, Naidupeta. We are looking for dynamic and skilled professionals to join our Oral Solid Dosage (OSD) production team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient, safe, and high-quality manufacturing of pharmaceutical products in accordance with cGMP guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operation, monitoring, and maintenance of specialized pharmaceutical machinery in the OSD department.
• Execution of daily production tasks within the Granulation, Compression, Coating, and Capsule Filling areas.
• Strict adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and safety protocols.
• Documentation of batch manufacturing records (BMR) and logbooks to ensure 100% data integrity.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve production bottlenecks and meet output targets.

Eligibility Criteria

• Designation: Technical Assistant / Executive
• Experience: 2 to 7 years of relevant experience in a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment (OSD).
• Work Areas: Proven expertise in one or more of the following:
  • Granulation
  • Compression
  • Coating
  • Capsule Filling
• Location: Unit IV, SEZ Menakur, Naidupeta.
