Role Description
We are seeking dedicated Operators and Senior Operators to work within our Oncology Injectables department. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of high-end pharmaceutical machinery. You will play a vital role in maintaining our production standards while adhering to stringent regulatory and safety guidelines.
Key Areas of Responsibility
As a member of the Production team, you will be expected to manage or assist with the following critical processes:
– Compounding: Handling the preparation of pharmaceutical formulations with high precision and adherence to standard operating procedures.
– Autoclave Operations: Ensuring proper sterilization processes are carried out to maintain the integrity of our injectable products.
– Filling Operations: Operating advanced filling equipment to ensure precise dosage and sterile conditions.
– Vial Washing: Managing the systematic cleaning and preparation of glass containers for the aseptic filling process.
You will be responsible for maintaining documentation, following cGMP (current Good Manufacturing Practice) guidelines, and ensuring that all production targets are met without compromising on quality.
Qualifications and Skills
To be considered for this position, candidates should meet the following requirements:
– Education: A completed ITI certificate, Diploma, or B.Sc degree.
– Experience: 1 to 6 years of relevant experience in a pharmaceutical manufacturing setting. Candidates with specific experience in Oncology or Injectables will be given preference.
– Technical Proficiency: Ability to handle complex machinery and a clear understanding of aseptic environment protocols.
– Soft Skills: Strong attention to detail, ability to work in a team-oriented environment, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
– Availability: We are specifically looking for candidates who can join our organization on short notice or are currently immediate joiners.
