Job Description
As an Apprentice in the Production and Quality Control departments, successful candidates will receive hands-on experience working within a leading pharmaceutical manufacturing environment. This role is designed to bridge the gap between academic theory and industrial practice. You will be mentored by industry experts and will gain insight into the sophisticated operations, compliance standards, and technical processes that define the global pharmaceutical industry.
This position is specifically designed for recent graduates who are looking to build a sustainable career path in production management or quality assurance. You will be responsible for supporting daily operational workflows, ensuring adherence to safety and quality protocols, and maintaining documentation as per industry standards.
Eligibility Criteria
To be considered for this apprenticeship program, candidates must meet the following requirements:
- Educational Qualifications: Candidates must hold a degree in B.Sc, M.Sc, or B.Pharmacy from an accredited institution.
- Passing Year: Only candidates who graduated in 2023 or later are eligible to apply.
- Gender: This specific drive is open to male candidates only.

Compensation and Benefits

- Graduate Level (B.Sc/B.Pharmacy): Up to 2,00,000 INR per annum.
- Post-Graduate Level (M.Sc): 2,50,000 INR per annum.
