Role Summary
We are inviting experienced professionals to participate in our upcoming walk-in interview drives. We have multiple openings across our core departments: Production, Quality Assurance, and Quality Control. Key Responsibilities
Depending on the department you are applying for, your core responsibilities will include:
- Production: Overseeing manufacturing processes, ensuring adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs), managing machine operations, and maintaining safety and efficiency protocols on the shop floor.
- Quality Assurance (QA): Maintaining documentation, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards (GMP/GLP), handling internal audits, and overseeing validation and qualification processes.
- Quality Control (QC): Performing analytical testing of raw materials, in-process samples, and finished goods, operating advanced laboratory equipment, and ensuring all results meet defined specifications.
Eligibility Criteria
- Education: Candidates with a background in Science or Pharmacy (B.Sc., M.Sc., B.Pharm, M.Pharm) are encouraged to apply.
- Experience: A minimum of 2 years to a maximum of 8 years of relevant industrial experience in a pharmaceutical manufacturing facility is required.
- Skills: Strong understanding of pharmaceutical regulatory requirements, technical proficiency in your respective field, and an ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.
Selection Process
The selection process will consist of a face-to-face interview. Candidates will be evaluated based on their technical knowledge, prior experience, and alignment with the company’s operational values. The final selection will be conducted by our HR and departmental heads.

We will be holding walk-in interviews on the following dates:
- Batch 1: April 27th to April 30th, 2026
- Batch 2: May 4th to May 9th, 2026
- Timing: Interviews will be conducted throughout the day from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
