Role Responsibilities
As a member of our International Voice team, you will be the primary point of contact for our global customers. Your core responsibilities will include:

- Managing email handle times while maintaining a friendly, solution-oriented approach.
- Handling customer issues with empathy, ensuring accurate escalation when necessary.
- Consistently meeting productivity and quality performance benchmarks.
- Proactively identifying service trends and suggesting improvements to enhance the overall customer experience.
- Adhering to all company policies, departmental guidelines, and security procedures.
- Demonstrating a sense of urgency when addressing customer needs and performing additional operational duties as required.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, candidates should possess the following:
- Excellent verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate thoughts clearly and professionally.
- Basic computer proficiency, including a working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and standard operating systems.
- A minimum typing speed of 20 WPM with at least 80% accuracy.
- A strong customer service orientation and an ownership mindset to ensure all customer expectations are met.
- The ability to maintain a positive, professional demeanor even when dealing with challenging or irate customers.
- Strong problem-solving abilities, specifically the capacity to gather information systematically and resolve routine issues independently.
- Adaptability in communication style to effectively collaborate with a diverse range of individuals.
