Role Overview
We are looking for dedicated individuals to join our Analytical R&D department. The selected candidates will work across our Solid Oral Dosage (OSD) and Parenteral divisions, playing a critical role in the development, testing, and validation of our pharmaceutical portfolio.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in analytical techniques and a rigorous approach to data integrity and laboratory compliance. You will be responsible for supporting development projects, ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards before they reach the market.
Key Responsibilities
As a member of the Analytical R&D team, you will be expected to:
Participate in the development and validation of analytical methods for various dosage forms, specifically focusing on Solid Oral Dosages and Parenterals.
Perform routine and non-routine analysis of raw materials, intermediates, and finished products.
Maintain accurate and comprehensive documentation of all experimental results in accordance with Good Laboratory Practices (GLP).
Troubleshoot analytical equipment and resolve technical issues that may arise during the development cycle.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that project timelines and regulatory requirements are strictly met.
Stay updated on current industry trends, regulatory guidelines, and technological advancements to contribute to continuous process improvement.
Ensure that all laboratory operations are conducted in a safe and efficient manner, adhering to organizational policies and quality standards.
Qualifications and Skills
To be successful in this role, you should possess:
A degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, or a related scientific field (B. Pharm, M. Pharm, M.Sc, etc.).
Proven experience or a strong foundational knowledge in Analytical R&D within the pharmaceutical sector.
Hands-on experience with analytical instrumentation, such as HPLC, GC, dissolution testing, and other modern analytical techniques.
An understanding of regulatory requirements related to pharmaceutical development.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
Excellent communication and documentation skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
A high level of attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining data integrity.
