Key Responsibilities
The Medical Device Complaint Investigator will be responsible for the end-to-end management of product complaints. Your primary duties will include:
* Conducting thorough investigations into reported issues regarding medical devices to determine root causes.
* Applying your knowledge of Risk Management to assess the impact of reported incidents on patient safety and device performance.
* Managing Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) related to complaint trends to prevent recurrences.
* Preparing detailed, accurate reports that comply with internal quality standards and external regulatory requirements.
* Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including engineering and quality assurance, to resolve product issues effectively.
* Maintaining up-to-date documentation for all investigations in accordance with industry guidelines.
Skills and Qualifications

* Educational Background: You must hold a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) degree in Life Sciences.
* Experience: We are accepting applications from fresh graduates (0 years experience) up to professionals with 5 years of industry experience.
* Technical Knowledge: You must have a robust understanding of Medical Device regulations, specifically regarding complaint handling, CAPA, and Risk Management frameworks.
