Key Responsibilities
As a Medical Device Complaint Investigator, your daily tasks will involve:
* Conducting thorough investigations into product complaints, identifying root causes, and documenting findings in accordance with regulatory standards.
* Maintaining detailed records of all investigations, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with internal protocols.
* Applying your expertise in risk management to assess the severity and impact of reported issues.
* Utilizing your knowledge of Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) to recommend solutions that prevent future occurrences.
* Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure that all complaint handling processes remain in alignment with industry regulations.
* Communicating effectively with stakeholders regarding investigation status and outcomes.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:
* Educational Background: A Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy (B. Pharma) or a Bachelor’s degree in Science (B. Sc) with a specialization in Life Sciences.
* Professional Experience: 2 to 7 years of relevant experience in a similar field, preferably within the medical device industry.
* Technical Proficiency: Extensive knowledge of Risk Management, CAPA, and complaint investigation procedures is mandatory.
* Communication: Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal, as this role requires clear documentation and inter-departmental collaboration.
* Workplace Readiness: Candidates must be prepared to work from the office full-time and must have the flexibility to work in rotational shifts.
* Availability: Priority will be given to candidates who can join immediately.
