Responsibilities

As a member of our production team, you will play a vital role in ensuring our operations run safely and efficiently. Your daily responsibilities will include:

• Operational Support: Assisting in various pharmaceutical production and manufacturing activities under the guidance of experienced team leaders.
• Packing & Logistics: Participating in product packing and labeling operations to ensure quality standards are met.
• Compliance: Strictly adhering to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and safety protocols to maintain a secure work environment.
• Safety & Sanitation: Upholding high standards of workplace cleanliness and safety at all times.
• Documentation: Handling basic reports and departmental documentation accurately.
• Team Collaboration: Working effectively with colleagues to meet production goals and maintaining a positive, professional work culture.

Requirements

We are looking for dedicated candidates who are eager to learn and grow within the pharmaceutical sector. To be eligible for this position, you must meet the following criteria:

• Education: Successful completion of Intermediate (12th standard).
• Graduation Year: Candidates who passed in 2023, 2024, 2025, or 2026 are eligible.
• Mindset: A strong willingness to work in a fast-paced pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.
• Professionalism: A basic understanding of workplace discipline, punctuality, and the importance of teamwork.
