Job Description
We are currently seeking enthusiastic and hardworking candidates to fill various entry-level positions within our Production, Warehouse, and Engineering departments. These roles are ideal for individuals who are looking for a stable start in the pharmaceutical sector and are willing to learn and adapt to a fast-paced, regulated, and high-performance manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities
- Production: Assist in the daily manufacturing processes while strictly adhering to safety, quality, and hygiene standards. You will be responsible for maintaining production logs and ensuring efficient operation of machinery under the guidance of senior supervisors.
- Warehouse: Support the systematic storage and movement of pharmaceutical materials. This involves documentation, inventory management, and ensuring that all items are handled according to company protocols and safety guidelines.
- Engineering: Support the maintenance and upkeep of facility equipment. You will assist the technical team in routine check-ups, troubleshooting, and ensuring that all plant machinery is functional and compliant with safety norms.
Eligibility Criteria
To be considered for these positions, candidates must meet the following educational qualifications:
- Academic Background: Applicants must possess at least one of the following qualifications: ITI, Diploma, B.Sc., B.Com, BA, HSC (Higher Secondary Certificate), DCA (Diploma in Computer Applications), or SSC (Secondary School Certificate).
- Experience: This drive is specifically focused on freshers. We are looking for candidates with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn; no prior professional work experience is required.
