Role-Specific Responsibilities
- PMT: Design and implement effective product strategies and communication plans.
- Accounts & Book Keeping: Manage GST filings, TDS, bank reconciliations, and maintain accurate financial records and cash flow.
- Business Development: Drive growth initiatives for both domestic and international/export markets.
- Production: Operate and maintain specialized production machinery, including filling, sealing, and injection lines.
- Engineering: Ensure the smooth functioning of utility systems such as HVAC and water treatment plants.
Required Skills & Qualifications
