Key Responsibilities
Selected candidates will be expected to perform core operational tasks, including but not limited to:
- Production & QMS: Managing daily manufacturing operations and upholding Quality Management System (QMS) activities, including handling incidents, equipment breakdowns, and ensuring strict adherence to SOPs and BPR documentation.
- Quality Control: Conducting advanced testing protocols utilizing HPLC and Empower software.
- Quality Assurance: Overseeing QA compliance processes to ensure all products meet regulatory and safety standards.
- PPIC: Supporting production planning, scheduling, and efficient inventory control.
- Clean Room Operations: Maintaining strict hygiene and procedural compliance within clean room environments.
Required Skills
- Sound knowledge of pharmaceutical manufacturing practices and quality control systems.
- Technical proficiency in operating HPLC, Empower, and other relevant laboratory instrumentation.
- Comprehensive understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and international compliance standards.
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving capabilities, and a collaborative team-player mindset.
