Job Summary
IQVIA is seeking talented professionals to join our Health Economics & Outcomes Research (HEOR) team in Bangalore and Gurugram. As a Consultant or Analyst, you will work at the intersection of life sciences, clinical data, and public health, contributing to global HTA (Health Technology Assessment) submissions, real-world evidence generation, and health economic modeling. Key Responsibilities
As a member of the HEOR team, your contributions will be vital to our global projects. Your core responsibilities will include:
- Modeling & Analysis: Developing complex health economic models, performing systematic evidence synthesis, and conducting robust statistical analyses to support clinical outcomes.
- HTA & Value Communication: Supporting Health Technology Assessment (HTA) submissions and creating value-based messaging strategies to support product market access.
- Scientific Reporting: Preparing high-quality scientific reports, manuscripts for publication, and comprehensive client-facing deliverables.
- Collaboration: Working closely with cross-functional teams, including project managers, subject matter experts, and global stakeholders to ensure project success.
- Quality Assurance: Maintaining a high standard of accuracy and professionalism in all client presentations and technical outputs.
- Strategic Contribution: Engaging in methodological innovation, refining internal processes, and supporting business development initiatives.
- Independent Execution: Managing assigned project tasks independently while operating under the guidance of senior leadership.
Qualifications & Eligibility
We are looking for candidates who possess a strong academic foundation and a commitment to analytical excellence.
- Education: A Master’s or PhD degree in Health Economics, Public Health, Pharmacy (B.Pharm, M.Pharm, or PharmD), Epidemiology, Biostatistics, or Clinical Medicine.
- Experience: We welcome applications from both fresh graduates and experienced professionals. Prior experience in HEOR, HTA, or related healthcare research is preferred.
- Analytical Skills: Proven ability to handle complex data, think critically, and solve multifaceted problems within a research framework.
- Communication: Exceptional scientific writing and interpersonal skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.
- Adaptability: The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative consulting environment, balancing multiple priorities while meeting strict project timelines.
